I wish I knew earlier what I am about to share with you.  It would have saved me at least 6 months of my time.  You see it took me 6 months to finally figure out what it really takes to make my breasts grow.  Here’s my story.

Ever since I was a teenager I was made fun of by my friends for having the flattest chest.  If I cut my hair short and grew sideburns, I’d pass off as a guy.  The jokes stopped when I went to college only to be replaced by rude stares and giggles behind my back.  No one said anything to my face, but I knew what they were all whispering about.  As a result, I became a loner and never had any close friends.  I swore to myself that after I started working, I would do something to grow my breasts.  

Eventually, I graduated from college and started working in a pharmaceutical company.  I remembered my plan so after a few months of work, I had saved up some money to buy a breast growth product.  The question was, which one?

My advantage was working in a pharmaceutical company gave me the opportunity to get access to all kinds of drugs, including those which could grow my breasts.  Each time I read something about a drug related method, I could evaluate the drugs to see if the claims were true or not.  This included the drugs made from ‘natural’ sources.  As a result of my research, I found that the most important ingredient to consume was estrogen, the female hormone produced in the ovaries that is responsible for breast growth.  Certain plants and herbs have estrogen-like substances, for instance fenugreek and fennel seed.

So I started consuming capsules containing extracts of these herbs and plants 3 times a day.  After a month and a half, I felt that my breasts were firmer but not any bigger in size.  Even though I tried changing the types of supplements, there was no visible change in my boobs.

After 6 months of trying, I got really discouraged.  I thought my breasts would never grow.  I was at the verge of giving up when I stumbled across the ‘missing ingredient’ to breast growth.  This was not to say all my research was wrong.  On the contrary, my research was right.  I had been consuming the correct supplements but it was obviously lacking something.

Do not worry about the paint chips and Color, just about being near the source of milk? You! The fact that they are going to grow quickly out of any and all clothes helped put my priorities in order. Then we splurged on things that mattered to me: the stroller (as I am a great walker), a safe car seat (for obvious reasons) and a rocker / glider (once I realized that could be powering up twelve hours a day during the first six weeks).

– Feel Morning sickness, can happen at any time: Morning sickness can happen at any time of day, every day or even nonexistent. Fortunately not often, it can even creep into the second or third quarter as it did to me.

– Everyone’s pregnancy experience is different, so take what is useful and ignore the rest: With so many experiences and so many people dishing out advice. What do I have observed is that pregnancy in most cases is the great equalizer? If you do something on one end you’ll likely find something on the other. Fortunately, whatever our pregnancy experience may be, most of us end up with a little bundle of joy that makes the trip worth all the effort. I’m off to bed now to join my husband and my five pillows to sleep refresh my bountiful belly, my breasts happy and weary head. How am I going to sleep outside, I’ll gratefully in my heart, knowing that soon we will have the new welcoming a beautiful addition to our little family. This is truly the greatest miracle of all parenting.
